PAYMENT AND GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSIONS

These guidelines are designed to simply help standardize submissions.
i.Send a soft copy through e-mail or three printed copies to be submitted with payment of N5,000 (Five Thousand Naira) for assessment and processing of the paper at any branch of First Bank into the following account: The Managing Editor, JOSTAR – Barr. Emmanuel Imuetinyan Obarisiagbon: 3095308949. The bank teller as proof of payment should be photocopied and mailed along with the paper.
ii.Only papers with at least two positive assessment reports shall be considered for publication. Publication fee for an accepted paper is N25,000 (Twenty-five Thousand Naira) only to be paid into First Bank account: Barr. Emmanuel Imuetinyan Obarisiagbon 3095308949.

JOSTAR will be published bi-annually (June and December). However, special editions may be called for by the editors.
